Alteração de Ciclo de Estudos
Mestrado em Gestão da Floresta e dos Recursos Naturais no Mediterrâneo (Erasmus Mundus)
Sob proposta dos órgãos legais e estatutariamente competentes do Instituto Superior de Agronomia da Universidade de Lisboa e da Faculdade de Economia e Gestão da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, nos termos das disposições legais em vigor, nomeadamente o artigo 76.º do Regime Jurídico dos Graus e Diplomas do Ensino Superior (RJGDES), aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei 74/2006, de 24 de março, e sucessivas alterações, republicado pelo Decreto-Lei 65/2018, de 16 de agosto e alterado pelo Decreto-Lei 27/2021, de 16 de abril, e a Deliberação 1015/2024, de 5 de agosto, da Agência de Avaliação e Acreditação do Ensino Superior (A3ES), foi aprovada pelo Despacho Reitoral n.º 296/2024, de 25 de outubro, de acordo com os Estatutos da Universidade de Lisboa, publicados pelo Despacho Normativo 5-A/2013, de 19 de abril, e alterados pelo Despacho Normativo 1-A/2016, de 1 de março, pelo Despacho Normativo 14/2019, de 10 de maio, pelo Despacho Normativo 8/2020, de 4 de agosto, pelo Despacho Normativo 7/2024, de 21 de março e pelo Despacho Normativo 17/2024, de 21 de novembro a alteração do Mestrado em Gestão da Floresta e dos Recursos Naturais no Mediterrâneo, ministrado em associação pela Universidade de Lisboa através do Instituto Superior de Agronomia e pela Faculdade de Economia e Gestão da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, nos termos da alínea a), do n.º 1 do artigo 42.º do RJGDES.
Este ciclo de estudos foi criado pelo Despacho 7763/2016, publicado no Diário da República n.º 112, 2.ª série, de 14 de junho e registado pela Direção-Geral do Ensino Superior (DGES) com o n.º R/A-Cr 120/2014.
O ciclo de estudos foi acreditado pela A3ES com o processo NCE/13/1301231 em 6 de junho de 2014 (1.º Ciclo Regular de Avaliação) e reacreditado com o processo ACEF/2021/1301231, em 8 de setembro de 2023 (2.º Ciclo Regular de Avaliação).

Alteração
As alterações consideradas necessárias ao adequado funcionamento do ciclo de estudos são as que constam na estrutura curricular e no plano de estudos em anexo ao presente despacho.
2.º
Entrada em vigor
Estas alterações aprovadas pela A3ES e registadas pela DGES com o n.º R/A-Cr 120/2014/AL01, em 29 de novembro de 2024, entram em vigor no ano letivo de 2024/2025 e aplicam-se a todos os alunos.

9 - Observações:
O Instituto Superior de Agronomia (ISA) - Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) coordena o projeto que envolve outros seis parceiros universitários - Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), Universidade de Pádua (UNIPD), Itália; Universidade de Lleida (UdL), Espanha; Universidade de Valladolid (Uva), Espanha; Universidade de Karadeniz (KTU), Turquia; Universidade de Tuscia (Unitus), Itália - com especializações e competências complementares para responder aos desafios da cadeia de valor da floresta e dos recursos naturais no Mediterrâneo.
O programa de Mestrado MEDfOR (120 ECTS) é um programa de dois anos que se encontra organizado de acordo com as exigências de mobilidade do Programa Erasmus Mundus. Os estudantes devem completar obrigatoriamente pelo menos um semestre em pelo menos duas instituições de dois países diferentes.
Considerou-se no cálculo dos créditos ECTS por ano (dois semestres), em conformidade com a organização dos cursos na ULisboa, que 1 ECTS equivale a 28 horas de trabalho totais. Considera-se que cada semestre envolve 14 semanas letivas, como nos restantes cursos do 1.º e 2.º ciclo da ULisboa.
A lista de unidades curriculares optativas será fixada anualmente pelos órgãos legal e estatutariamente competentes das instituições de ensino que compõem o consórcio.
